Betty,,,,what a new experience working with faux cloisonne. Never tried it before. My card isn't the best I can do but for the first go at this technique I'm satisfied. My paper came from the Nov. 2005 issue of Paper Craft Inspirations. It's actually an add for seasonal papers on P. 78. I used the Romanza Wild Roses by K&Co. and Green Ivy from the Craft Bug. I stamped 3 times and embossed with gold powder. Once full time on the black, leaves on the green and the center rose on the rose paper. I used a lot of the Crystal Effects and had to put a fan on the paper for it to dry correctly. Cut the images out and applied to the black base card. Added a little gold Sharpie on the edges of the base card and a ribbon to brighten it a little. I will try this technique again.
Thanks for looking !
