Hi! This card was made for today's Technique Lovers Challenge: Faux Cloisonne'!
I love this technique, but seldom use it. I'm sure it's because I have such a difficult time choosing the magazine photos to use! LOL!
The focal images were stamped in VersaMark and then embossed in gold on a magazine page. I chose a Kodak advertisement! LOL! Then, I cut out the images. I stamped and embossed the same images onto a piece of Very Vanilla card stock and then adhered the cut out images with snail adhesive.
The Basic Black layers and card base were outlined in Zig Painty pen. The Very Vanilla layer was embossed using the Swiss Dots Cuttle Bug folder.
The ribbon is from A.C. Moore. The Gold Cording is from SU! (retired).
