There are several samples in the gallery of creating a layered look with no layers. I really like it and thought I would make a simple card I could demo but still have it be a WOW card. I cut a rectangle template out of CS and sponged creamy caramel over the opening. Stamped over top with WCG2, added a word stamp and done. The natural white paper makes it look a bit classier as well. What do you think? Workshop worthy?

Nice job on this card. I've been on the lookout for simple but pretty cards for my stack classes. My customers balked at me raising prices but are fine with simpler cards for the same price. This card really will wow them. TFS
This is beautiful. Looks like some thing out of the Hero Arts cat. and gets a BIG WOW from me!! I think I'll try it on my ladies. Some times they WHINE if there's to much cutting out---coloring---takes to long...TFS

Don't forget that our large rubber stamp in Simple Shapes would be nice for this too. You can always sponge onto the rubber then stamp it on. This would upsell the shape set WITH the watercolor garden and still not add more layers. :) LOVE this card!
