I made this card for the Technique challenge. It was to use a mix of patterned papers. This was sooooo hard for me. I have a really hard time matching up the papers, so I took the easy route and used these two great prints from Cosmo Cricket in the Jitterbug family. Going along with the bug theme, I pulled out my brand new Papertrey set. (I think I am the only person in the world who hasn't tried any of their stamps, but now I LOVE them. I added the two snaps crimped with my crop-a-dile and added dashes around the edge. I like how the chocolate chip highlights everything. I tend to do all my cards using whisper white, so to use the cream as a background was hard too. I stamped the Happy Birthday to you (from the Faux ribbon set) and then popped up the Happy Birthday. The picture doesn't show it that great (I hate my camera!!!) I am very happy with how this card turned out.
