This is the left side of my two-page layout from my evening out trick-or-treating with my son and his family. I love Halloween with my granddaughters! This page qualifies for quite a few challenges.
1: SBVC16-This weekÂ’s variety challenge: scrap our *color* (and include the opposite color on our page) using this little quiz, What Color Crayon Are You?: http://www.blogthings.com/whatcolorcrayonareyouquiz/.
My color was purple, with yellow as the opposite. I figured this was the time to scrap my Halloween pics from this past year.
2: SBVC15-use a household item to stamp with - the center bottom picture is matted with purple CS stamped with corrugated cardboard to which I applied gold paint.
3: SBDD13-Make a progressive page (6x6 to 8.5x11 to 12x12.)
4: Also used transparencies, another recent challenge.
Journaling:
-Top: As much as the girls loved walking around collecting their Halloween treats, I think they enjoyed giving out some candy at home as well. Besides, it was a good excuse to sample the goods!
-Right: The wagon saves the day!
-Bottom left: Our fairy witch
-Bottom center: captivated-fascinated-mesmerized-enthralled-spellbound

Wow! Love so many aspects of this page (layout): y our progressive page, the way the 2 circles 'made' a moon, your cardboard highlighted with gold, the way you used the Rough Texture wheel..... I could go on and on! Can you tell that I LOVE this?!!? TFS

Neat! I like this one too, especially how the bg paper has little bubbles that seem to come from the bubbling cauldron. Lots of interesting details and techniques. TFS!

Fabulous page as usual, Wendy!!! I love the progressive nature of it, and all of your fun papers and Halloween accoutrements!! The round picture offset with the other circle gives the look of a moon!! Fabulous papers ,and a great layout, sure to be treasured - you 25 year old grandma!
