Hello All...I learned the Frost technique through www.Patstamps.com. It's a great online newsletter with step-by-step instructions, pictures, and resources. The frost method is used by crinkling up wax paper once or twice. Brayering it with ink and then placing it ink side down on glossy paper. Brayering over the top of the wax paper..which leaves the ink on the glossy CS in a frosted manner. I have heard it is similiar to the Crinkle technique on SCS.
