Ok, I would NOT call this hideous, I think it looks fine. This color challenge was really a challenge for a lot of people! I happen to *like* orchid opulence...

come on Jess, give yourself some credit! it looks lovely......... I just don't personally care for the pumpking with celery and orchid........ be happy they didn't choose only orange instead! Or red! and send that card to me... I LIKE it!

You are much to hard on yourself. This is a very pretty
card. What you don't like, many others do like. Your colors
are fine. I like the flowers for the background. Nicely done.

Ah Jess, Orchid Opulence is a great color, as long as you like the colors that you're putting with it! I'm really surprised about this color challenge. I never would have thought pumpkin pie! Now Lovely Lilac & Cameo Coral - that's a stunning combo! Really, you did a great job!
