Here's another card for today's Ways to Use it Challenge - Windows
Let me just say, I LOVE how this card turned out! Maybe it's because I just LOVE this Morning Soft Stamp set...either way...I'm thrilled with the end result...
Thanks once again to Markie's Mom for the Dotty Inspiration...Faith's gallery is freakin' awesome! Just thought I'd share that! Make sure you check it out!
Here's how I made it:
This card started with the Morning Soft image that I watercolored and cut out several days ago...then I used my Coluzzle to cut out an oval from some Artichoke & Black Cardstock I found in my scrap drawer that had been stamped on using Baroque Motifs in white craft ink and Artichoke Ink...I used what I cut out of the Artichoke for the "window frame", using my corner rounder created the scalloped edge and adhered to my basic black then layered a piece of white textured cardstock behind that, added my flowers...so they look like they are peeking out of the window...added some dots and faux stitching with a silver gel pen, added some lovely silver brads and Fine Cosmo Glitter (that stuff is awesome!). Then I layered it all onto Perfect Plum textured cardstock.
So there's how I made my card...I hope you all like it!
Thanks for looking! Don't forget to let me know what you think!
Happy Stampin! God Bless!
