Not sure if that's the right name for the technique but, I love this little standing card. I sent it to SU for the Easter contest. Who knows...
The card base is (4 1/4 x 8 1/2") I scored it at 4 1/4". Then used the Coluzzle to cut out half an oval at the score line. Then I cut the Cutie Pie DSP in an a full oval and placed it on top.
Stamped the flowers on the Shimmer White in Bashful Blue. Colored them in w/the markers (Bashful, Banana, & Celery for the dots.) Scalloped the 1" strip w/the corner rounder.
Stamped the front of the card w/the Polka Dot Background and then layered it w/a strip of Shimmer, a ribbon, added brads, the cut out chick (which I sponged w/Bashful, then stamped the circles on top.) Tucked a Designer Label Punch under w/"Happy Easter."
Probably more than you wanted to know...

Adorable! Great use of the coluzzle! You really showcased a lot of the products - brads, punchs, ribbon, coluzzle, different cardstock and dsp. Terrific work!

I was one of those poor souls who did not get a chance to swap with you...just my luck...however, I have since bought the stamp set and I will be doing the exact same card for one of my classes giving you full credit...thank you for the inspiration!
