alicialoo - I do mine a bit different than some do but what I did was wet regular cardstock with water, stamp onto it while it's wet then I sprayed it with water until the colors started to run. After the color started to run, I dried the paper with my heat gun. (make sure you dry both sides to minimize curling) I have no patience for waiting for things to dry :). Once it was dry, or close to it, I stamped with the same stamp and spectrum pad to make the "clear" images.
