I used the coluzzle to cut 3 large circles (2 white, 1 pink). I used the circle punch first to punch a circle, then centered the scallop punch over the punched out circle to punch a mini scalloped circle. I then make a snip in the mini scalloped circle and stretched it into a line of scallops and adhered them to the edge of the 2nd layer. I then added the ribbon and sandwiched the top layer on. I then added the pink layer on the bottom for the card to "open".
