If any of you are familiar with Bernie Berlin's ATC Workshop book, this technique is one of the lessons within it. Normally I don't gravitate towards such brightness, but these were scraps I had on hand and they were begging to be used. The stars are punched from gutter repair tape and the moon is something I doodled with a stylus. Those got colored with Pinata ink. Tiny blue and green beads were added for extra texture-bling. This is my 3rd sample for the Fabric, Fibers and Ribbon ATC swap for Apostolic Pioneer's swap.

I am doing a workshop out of this book- not at the fused fibers lesson yet- but I love the way yours turned out! I really really like the beads- they give it such depth! TFS
