For this week's Limited Supplies Challenge - only use circles!!! WOW, what a challenge. I thought I'd try a technique I'd been wanting to try for a while - punching circles into a top layer to allow a middle layer to show through the punched out areas.
Here, I used a piece of glossy cardstock and brayered over it using my Cotton Candy Spectrum pad. I used my Fiskars circle stencil to draw the circles onto the reverse side of the cardstock and then punched the holes to "define" those circles using my handheld circle punch and my eyelet setter (for the holes in the middle of the cardstock). I sponged over the holes to give the original circles more definition, added a couple of stamps in the background and a "circle" sentiment.
I wanted a background on my base card so I used the stamp with lots of dots on it from Itty Bitty Backgrounds. I think I kept within the boundaries of the challenge - would love to know what you think.
