This page showing my DGD’s first day of kindergarten, is my first progressive page—starting with a 6x6 page, expanding to 8.5 x 11, then to 12x12. This was for Jessica Haglund’s Diva Designer challenge this week. This style of page was very fun to make, and I plan on doing more. Thanks, Jessica for a great challenge this week!
Not thrilled with how the colors look here--they definitely look better IRL. For the title I used stickers that matched the paper for the *First Day of* but couldn't fit the whole word kindergarten very well if I used them, so I created the rest of the word (K)indergarten on my computer and cut it out.
Also, I realized after IÂ’d taken my photos that I forgot to stamp on the page, as per the challenge, but I have since added sun and bee images from Fresh Flowers (retired SU 2007) by coloring the stamps using Marvy markers. Also had to re-stick one of the letters and the flower that came loose a little in this photo.
Thanks for looking!

wonderful job Wendy, love what you did with the word window punch and how you were able to make the 'kindergarten' title on your computer to work with the stickers.
