I sandwiched 1" cereal box circles to clip w/ E6000 2 mos. b4 making clippie so that smell would dissapate. (I sanded painted side so glue would bond well).
I randomly stamped wht GP CS w/ catseye var. colors and punched 4 flowers for ea. clippie. Then punched 4 from solid pink & red. Painted Diamond Glaze on ea. Dont paint centers so quick dry will bond well. Curled ea petal over paintbrsh handle. I like the shape plus curling helps hide base circle. There are flowers on both sides. TFL!!

Ya'll are too kind! I love that they're so EZ and come out pretty too!!!
Clippie base:
As I said above, I made bases about 2 mos. b4 I added the flowers. E6000 highly stinks and you shouldn't breathe the vapors, so do in a well ventilated area.
Punch two- 1 inch circles from chipboard. I use cereal boxes! Hit painted side w/ sandpaper so glue will bond well. Lay clip atop 1 circle. Add a glob of E6000. I kinda smear the clip around so it is well covered. Then add more glue if needed. Top w/ other circle. I put this between some plastic on a hard surface and top w/ a heavy book. Leave to set 24 hrs. Remove from plastic, leave in open for a couple of days for the glue to cure.
Flowers: you need a total of 8, 4 for ea side.
If you're using solid cs only, skip inst. below for varigated flowers and punch 4 super jumbo, 2 extra jumbo, and 2 jumbo flowers.
Varigated Flowers:
Dab var. colors of fluid chalk ink onto wht GP CS. Punch 2 super jumbo flowers from both var. cs and solid cs. Punch 2 extra jumbo from solid cs. Punch 2 jumbo from var. cs.
Prep:
W/ small paintbrush, paint Diamond Glaze on all flowers. (if the bristles are stiff, you'll get a streaky glossy finish.) Do not paint the centers so that Quick Dry will adhere, let dry. Curl ea petal of all flowers upward, out and downward over the paintbrush handle.
Assembly:
Solid flowers only: W/ Quick Dry, layer 2 super jumbo flowers onto base. Be sure to stagger the petals. Add 1 extra jumbo, then 1 jumbo.
Varigated flowers: W/ Quick Dry, layer 1 solid then 1 var. super jumbo flower. Be sure to stagger the petals. Add 1 solid extra jumbo then 1 var. jumbo.
Build another flower w/o the base. Let all dry.
Flip clippie and add last flower to the base, let dry.
Add stickles or glitter glue to center of top flowers.
Add ribbon.
If you haven't fallen asleep  , you're through!!! Man, composing these inst. is like writing a tutorial on how to brush teeth- horrifying trying to tweak ea detail. I have the utmost respect for all who've mastered it.
Ok, ya'll, any ques. just holler. Sorry for the length, I'm long-winded... and yes, I have the patience of Job. :p
Enjoy and may God bless, Sandi
