Decided to try today's color challenge CC150: real soft bayou. I was intrigued with the color combination and was equally thrilled how this card came together. I bought this stamp a week or so ago and thought it was the perfect opportunity to ink it up. I stamped the image with India Ink Black onto white shiny paper then colored it in with Blue Bayou for the flower and Real Red for the butterfly. I didn't color in the leaves because I wasn't sure if another color would be permitted. I like how this turned out . . . I'll use this combo again! TFL

Lovely Darlene!! I don't know about where you live, but where I am , hydrageas grow wild - in pink , blue or purple - in fact we have one growing out back! Pretty card! I love how you have highlighted certain areas of the hydrangea - and the red butterfly!! Really gorgeous - love the script bg!!

This is stunning! I love that you didn't color in the leaves, they blend in better with the words and leave the hydrangea and butterfly to be the main focus. I really, really love this! Great job!
