I did not feel well yesterday...I have inner ear allergies...so I did not make a card all day....plus the kids were out of school so I was busy with them. I am feeling a lot better today!!!!
I combined yesterday(limited supplies challenge) and today's challenge(inspiration photo).
I used one background, no dp and quick embellishments and tools.....I used the spotlight technique to emphasis the part of the bg that I wanted to be my focal point. I am really enjoying this background stamp.
For the spotlight technique I cut out an oval frame using nestabilities. I adhered the frame to the section of the card I wanted to spotlight. Colored the flower within that area and left everything else black and white.

Stunning Betty. Sorry to hear about your inner ear allergies. I had kids home yesterday, so I can relate to that part. I love the colors and the way you did the background. So classy!
