I love Fluffles I used unknown pp and inked the edges with Real Red. The red panel behind Fluffles has the edges inked in black and is up on pop dots. Fluffles has white Fun Flock added to him. The red hearts were color with the Sakura Glaze pen and the pink ones and fish were colored with the SU Pretty in Pink marker and the clear Copic Spica Atyou glitter pen. The hearts has smudges slightly when I stamped the image, but I liked the shadow it left. The buttons are from Joann's (I don't remember the brand, but the shape matched the pp). The ribbon is velvet and and tied part is has the knot as velvet and the other part as the reverse side of the ribbon (I liked the contrast). This card also works for the Central Theme and Products and Materials DD challenges. TFL!
