I am loving my new Nestibilities dies and have used them again on this card. I cut and embossed the rectangles that are on the right.
Just a note: I found a lot of different "sandwiches" out there to use these dies with the Cuttlebug and through my own attempts, here is what I have found to be the easiest way to cut and emboss using Nestibilities with the Cuttlebug:
Plate A, Chipboard Shim, Plate B, Tan Embossing Mat, die cutting side up, paper, Plate B
That will cut the shape out. Then to emboss, simply turn the die over (with the paper still in it of course) so that the cutting edge is now facing the tan mat and run it through again to emboss! I have found that this was easier than trying to keep track of how to sandwich to cut and emboss--this way I can leave it set up exactly the same and just turn the die and paper around. Since it worked for me, just thought I'd share! TFL!
