Ok, so i've had this idea rolling around in my head for awhile. I have a habit of choosing the tall layout on cards rather than landscape style, more often than not. I needed a box that would accomodate my style, so here ya go!
I wanted to check off a few things from my 'to do' list, so I used my new MFT Happy Celebrations (www.mftstamps.com) set and since Mother's Day is ONLY (lol) a few months away, I decided to make this for my MIL. I will fill it with cards for her to share with her friends.
The box will accomodate approximately 6-8 cards with envelopes. Now, it does require 2 pieces of cardstock (each cut to 7.25 x 7.5). All I did was score along the 7.5 inch side at 1.5 inch and 6 inch marks. I scored at 1.5 inches on the 7.25 side (to create the bottoms. I will draw it up for anyone who wants it.. I suck at explaining things! LOL
TFL!~

Very nicely done. Love the buckles and brads on the handles. Sure your MIL will love getting this and all the goodies that go inside.
