Just playing around with the "Happy Heart Day" set to get some ideas for an upcoming class. This was my first attempt at the faux silk technique and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. I used mod-podge on my cardstock so I could sprinkle Dazzling Diamonds on. It's almost painful for me to make a card with no bling!

Darling!!! Love your coloring and all the layered scallops. And I know where you're coming from about not putting bling on a card... for me, it is almost impossible! Great job!

Bling rocks!!! I love adding bling to my creations too... and scallops... and ribbons... and everything else I can get my paws on! hehe!! I just love how you used the scallop nesties ~ I am going to give that a whirl today! Although I may have to do faux silk with yellow tissue paper because I can't find any white stuff... *sulk*
