I made this card for Challenge SC156. This was really a challenge for me since I don't have a circle cutter. At Christmas I used my daughter's cutter and made some different size circles to use as templates. That is what I used for this card. It is a one layer card. I masked the circle first then used the piece with the hole to mask all but the circle. The difficult part was using a marker to make the outline of the circle and keep it round. That's why the outline is so wide. Thanks for looking.
