For the challenge FS48. There were a lot of great card to choose from in Nancy's gallery, but I settled my choice on this one because I liked that it was simple but had a lot of oomph:
My own version was first supposed to featured a paper band on the right, too, but then just before gluing, I remembered about that large orange ribbon that I find very pretty but hard to use due to its width. Isn't it pretty, layered like that, though?
I used the large ribbon from the Ribbon Originals (District) on the bottom, some wide olive grosgrain in the middle and the polka dots ribbon from the Ribbon Originals (Sherbet) on top. I added a little ribbon ornament from the Hodgepodge set.
