Well, better late than never, they say. This floozy young lady had a rather checkered past and present, as you can see by the checkered ( or diamond ) paper in the background. I am making this card for a * certain someone * for their birthday - who told me that when she was young... she was a * PARTY GIRL*. This then is only fitting....
It was difficult to capture the bling - but I tried. I used bling ballizil papers, and used glimmer white chalk on the background of what some might call cosmobella!! Stickles were judiciously applied to Bella's hair very cheap!! :( to her pink top, and to her drink ( sigh ) and to her sandals. I used DCWV glitter stack for the * checkered*background that this sad young lass has.

This is just darling...love that Party Bella with all that sparkle and the pretty pink blingy ( is that a word??) flowers!!! Great background paper, too. Back in my party days, I used to have a pink and gray sweater with a pattern like your background...brings back memories.

You did great! I recognized the Bazzill Bling cardstock right away, and with the glitter paper it's perfect! What a great elf gift of those flowers, and perfect for today! Great card!
