Saw this great Pearl-Ex technique in the Winter edition of Take Ten by Deb Lovett. I took black cardstock, sprayed it with spray starch (the kind you iron with), and foam brushed Pearl-Ex on it. One piece I brushed in straight lines, the other in circles.
All images are stamped in pigment black ink. I wanted the sentiment and bird darker. StazOn wasn't any darker. I think if I would have black embossed, it would have looked nice. Of course, I didn't have any black EP...
I am trying to get my photos to be less blurry. I put the setting on my camera to macro. I don't have a photo box or a great light to light it up, so I am depending on mother nature.
I do like the card IRL, didn't have any embellishments I liked to add to it.
Thanks for looking!!
