I had a dickens of a time with this! The split negative part wasn't the problem, though. It was messing with that darn white craft ink! It doesn't do well on the checked bg!!! Wanted to do these cards with a purpose in mind so one will be a valentine for my dad and I will save the other for DS's birthday in September. The wheel and flag on each are cut from some ribbon I had from a project from years ago. May try this again later but on to other projects for now!

Well worth your efforts! These are amazing guy cards, and the split negative with the car is incredibly cool. Dad and son should love them! Masculine cards are tough, and you've made 2 great ones!
