Colored with Tombow pens, water on a wc brush, and then Twinkling H20's. Highlighted with white acrylic paint. I got that idea from Ila, a.k.a. Craftess. She's a great painter!

Thank you Tina, the BEST person to work with at High Hopes Stamps, the sweetest, kindest, and most generous. She gave me the punchies I used for the florals around the circle as a Christmas present! I love that woman!!! I used my glue pen and Prisma glitter to highlight them.
