My daughter in law has a birthday. She is not a frilly, flowery girly girl. This was a challenge but so fun. I used the tag in punch pals and turned it upside down. Watercolored the tag in soft sky sponged it and overstamped in canvas. Had this great textured paper that matched to a "t". Started with a 4 1/4 square used corner rounder at the bottom and used the cut piece to round the middle seam. Hand cut the waist to hip part and flipped the cut piece to do the other side. Used some of the wonderful ribbon from Papermoon04 to make the belt and the lace on the exposed undies.Cut out and popped up the scarf to go over the pocket.
