I got the basic idea from Inky_cheeks (Erin) from Splitcoast. I did not paint my pan as I want the receiver to use it during the year. I used magnetic sheets cut into squares and rounded with the corner rounder. Rolled Bold Snowflakes with Silver Encore ink. Used SU Cd font for the numbers. Filled with candies and then the last day it says to "Bake Brownie Bites" and then will include the recipe which uses this pan, and the ingredients for the total gift.

Your Advent Countdown is perfect for a college kid - no tins or boxes to keep up with. The design is darling, and the ribbon is a perfect finish. I think I will be busy this summer making some for the college bound kids I know. TFS . . .

OK. I'm an idiot. I've been trying to think what I wanted to use to adhere paper to the tin and it NEVER occured to me to leave the tin so someone could actually *use* it! And with good sizing on the background pieces hardly any tin will show anyway. Thanks!

do you have a link to the directions? Just wondering what size I need to cut the magnetic sheets into. Does it take awhile for the ink to dry on the sheet? This is a great usable christmas treat/gift.

I cannot remember the size of the square. Just place a scrap piece over and maybe divide the holes by 4 going across. I gave this away as a gift and haven't made a 2nd one. I used my corner rounder on it but I must warn you that this is very hard on it. It hasn't worked the same since. My email is [email protected] if you have any further questions. I had not trouble with it drying either but never really did anything with it to smear it. The numbers are off of the CD. Lynn
