These are for the central theme this month- Cards for Teens & Young Adults, as well as the More is More challenge.
For me, the Metropolis Collection by Scenic Route screams 14-24, so I was really eager to incorporate some of those papers into this month's work.
The first card, I was going with something simple. I picked the designer paper first, then stamped a few stars onto the turquoise, added a few brads, and then the greeting. I finished it off by rounding the bottom corners. Quick, trendy, and to the point, perfect for any teen, right?
The second card is my "more'd up" item. I made the background stamping a bit bolder by embossing the images with clear embossing. I replaced the brads with a strip of ribbon, and popped up a few embossed stars to balance the design. This one had a few more steps, but it still works for any teen.
