Ok, I made my first nugget box. And I'm not feeling so great about it!! I seem to be completely inept at measuring correctly to score the folds for the sleeve. To help cover my goofs, I ran the acetate through my Cuttlebug (which is hard to see in the picture). I can't hide the fact that I am so silly I put my belly band on the wrong way -- duh. Oh well!
My small scalloped circle and the large scalloped square were made using my Cricut - the mini monogram cartridge.
I used the color combo from last week's challenge (subbed Garden Green). I filled my nugget box with small prima's - I'm sending it to a friend and thought she'd get lots of fun *playtime* out of them! I don't have any chocolate in the house, anyway!
It might be hard to tell, but I stamped my snowflake in Garden Green all over both sides of the cs that makes the bottom/tray of the box. The LAD ornamnet is colored with markers, a silver gel pen, and doodled on with a Sakura glitter pen.
The bg for the card is done on glossy paper, with the crayon resist technique. Simple and quick, but I like it!
