I just had to do another card. This one was pretty quick.
I've had this stamp a while and don't use it near enough, so in honor of The Yellow Rose of Texas, I loosely based my card on this one by TexasGrammy: Watercolor Minis Pastel Thanks by TexasGrammy at Splitcoaststampers
I mostly kept the layout with the layers and the watercolor theme but changed all the stamps and the theme.
The large image was embossed and watercolored with markers scribbled onto an old CD then picked up with a waterbrush. I masked the image and stamped the large desert bg with sage ink and lightly watercolored it. I cut around the bottom of the image and layered it onto two layers and then onto a sage card which has smaller roses stamped tone on tone. TFL

Yikes! Do the yellow roses in Texas wear hats? Now that I think about it, why not? Everyone else does! Why not roses? This is so fun, so precious....just a kick! What a wonderful job you did on this....I might have to alter my card and find a hat stamp! Snort!
