Recipe on the way Iwm. I had to laugh when you asked for this recipe as I have so many requests for it, since I made these little kits. The truth is I have never made them. The reason these were made into the kit was the friend I made them for had to have fruit in her theme and I had the muffin tin in mind. Therefore the Fruit and Nut Muffin Mix. The recipe is in the Australian Womans Weekly Cookbooks. I will also post the recipe on my blog in case anyone wants it. This idea can be used for any recipe that has a multitude of dry ingredients, just bag the dry ingredients and layer them. I have used cookie/biscuit mixes, cake mixtures etc. I often see it done like this in bottles.
Thank you for the recipe. I'm not sure how much a 125g butter is or what caster sugar is. They sound yummy. I'm going to give them a try. Again thank you.
