Things I changed: Color, stamps, circle scallop instead of oval and the CB folder used. I kept the layout and the use of a paintchip as the bg.
The paintchip was embossed with the snowflake folder and sanded as Shelley did. I also added some snowflakes die cut from a couple of other paintchips. The largest scallop oval is silver metallic c/s which is also snowflake embossed. The middle circle has snowflakes stamped on it and is edged with a marker. The smallest circles is mostly covered by a section of the ribbon I gathered to form a circle.
The greeting is stamped with cobalt ink onto silver metallic c/s and attached to a die cut ribbon slide. The ribbon I used was originally 2.5" wide so I cut it into 3 strips, used one thru the slide, one for the circle and the third one is attached underneath the scalloped circles. Stickles were dotted onto the snowflakes. TFL

Ooooh!! So pretty! I really like the embossing/sanding on the paint chips, and those wonderful snowflakes! I think I'll have to go pick up some paint chips even though I don't plan on doing any painting ahaha!
