I don't normally do challenges or featured stamper "thingies" (a Shelly term!), but chose this as a way to thank Shelly for her keen skills of observation - noticing I'd been absent from SCS for a long time! I couldn't seem to pick just one of Shelly's pieces of art, so I lifted what I see as an appreciation for the textile embossing folder, Basic Grey papers and a liking for storytelling. We have that in common, among other things!
This Madonna photo stamp image from Stampsmith was stamped on Glossy paper. I used the textile folder on strips of paper and stamped a Baroque Motifs flourish in River Rock on the Basic Grey paper (Stella Ruby I think!).
The Story is about the images in the background - things I cherish because they were gifts from people I love and the gifts and people have stories too!

Wow Nancy you really touched my heart! So much thought and observation went into this beauty. You have captured a style I love perfectly. I am so glad to see you stamping and that you participated today. Please continue to share your vast talent with us when possible! Did I mention that this is a true beauty, a work of art and heart, stunning and amazing like you?
