Yes, lumiere would definately stick to sculpey polymer clay. This card is using Delight air dry modeling compound. No baking and no fumes - and very very light - light handmade paper. Very easy to paint. I forgot to mention the beads stuck in there- since you don't bake, your plastic beads won't melt.
(And I don't think beads stick in Sculpey very well.)
