This is another for notimetostamp's weekend challenge of making a simple gift card holder. I love the vintage look of this paper and of it being a little out of the usual Christmas colors. Utilized my Lizzie Anne stamp that I have had for well over a month and has never been inked! Instead of using Liquid applique on the santa, I used white flock on the hat and beard. I just think its so fun! The brads were sanded lightly for a vintage look and since I did not have any velcro, I used my coluzzle for a slit at the top to hold it together. TFL!

What a wonderful gift card holder!!! I love the creativity in using the Coluzzle to make the slit to hold the card closed!!! Your image is just adorable and I, too, love that paper -- it is so fun. Non-traditional colors are always my favorite for Christmas, too!!! So glad you shared!!!

Love the DP you used and the sanded brads are perfect with it. They go so well, I would not have even notice them if you had not written about them. Also like the slit, will have to remember that for the next one. TFS.
