My inspiration for this card is My Upline/Jessika Hagan. She actually helped as I chose colors because we were working on the Mini VSN from two weeks ago tonight, and I didn't finish in time, but that is where the sketch originated.
I didn't get it finished until after this challenge was given btw.
I had made a mistake with the poppies on one image attempt and then ruined my second try when I grabbed my old Old Olive marker for the stems (I had a thick yucky stem because the marker is smashed). In a great save idea, she suggested that I cut out the good poppy flower images and put them on dimensionals on the image sheet with the good stems! Very smart and inspirational-I would NOT have thought of it in a million years. I wish you could see it better in the picture though!

SUCH A PRETTY CARD. WHO WOULD GUESS THE PROBLEMS YOU HAD WITH IT JUST BY LOOKING? I LOVE THE VARIETY OF STAMPS YOU USED. AND WHAT WOULD WE DO WITHOUT FRIENDS? I SURE UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU WENT THROUGH TO GET THIS CARD FINISHED. I OFTEN FEEL LIKE ALL I'M GETTING DONE IS PUTTING OUT FIRES (FIXING MISTAKES) BUT SOME OF MY BIGGEST MISTAKES HAVE ACTUALLY TURNED INTO ASSETS TOO SO I JUST KEEP ON KEEPIN' ON.
