I had my first Open House last weekend and this project was a huge hit for a Make n' Take so I thought I would share it here.
I used the Snowflake Spot stamp set and White craft ink. Peeled the protective layer off of the acrylic ornament shape and punched out the middle (got them here: http://scrapdecor.com/shop/index.php...products_id=39) and stamped the snowflakes all around the ornament on the front or back (its clear so even if you do it on the back it won't make a difference). Now if you touch it it will smudge so right after you stamp your images spray it with a clear protectant. I used the "Make it Glossy" spray from Krylon. Then you will need to let that dry for a while - just let your guests know that it will still be tacky on the way home (or just keep them to dry and deliver them with their order in a few days).
Then just clip a wallet sized photo to the back so it shows through the middle of the ornament. And I punched a hole and added an eyelet at the top with my Crop-a-Dile to hang it up with.
It's a quick and easy but fun ornament to make for a holiday project!

Way, way cute! TSMFS! I'll have to check out your souce for the ornaments. I also thought about trying it with acetate. This is so cute and such a great idea, and I love the little clip. Oh, I just can't stand how cute this is!!!
