This is what I came up with for a morning tradition at my house. I started to scrap a typical Christmas morning, but the colors were so bright and cheerful I needed a sleep mask! ;)
So I opted for this. I had this picture of our bed because I LOVE my new duvet cover...too bad we aren't ready to remodel the room yet though!
JOURNALING:
Anytime we get to sleep in, be it a special holiday or just your average stay home day, we find ourselves with child after child piling into our bed - The Family Bed! Amazing this bed can hold five of us, but it can, and as crowded as it is with us all, we love each and every second of it!

I love the colors here, and though we don't do a family bed (not for sleeping) occasionally our youngest crawls into bed with us and that is ok! otherwise, our KIng-sized bed is the home of many a pillow fight and jumping grounds and tumbling area for the kids...it's all good!

Love the Family Bed!!! This past Christmas Morning,we had all 8 kids home in it, a SIL, grandma, black lab, cat,and more giggles than you can wrap your mind around!!!! Now we almost never have extras in our bed unless its a holiday or scarry day. When the adult kids come home, they pile in ;-).
