I got the Ollie's Pirates set from Stampendous last week and I have been wanting to use it. So I decided for today's sketch challenge I would make a Halloween card with this set! I used the Ollie's Pirates stamp for the main image. I used various Le Plume markers and my Aqua Painter to color the image in. I used bordering blue, bashful blue, chocolate chip, close to cocoa, sahara sand, really rust, and basic black for the water coloring. I used my Versapen along the edge of the water and embossed with iridescent ice ep. I used basic black for the card base and I embossed the background with my cuttlebug. I also used pumpkin pie and old olive cs. The pumpkin pie mat for the main image is cut with scissors from Craft Edgers. On the horizontal panel I used the Speckled jumbo wheel with old olive ink on the old olive cs. On the sentiment I used the same wheel w/pumpkin pie ink on pumpkin pie cs. I stamped the "Ahooooy there Matey" sentiment from Stampendous in Stazon black. The sentiment is adhered with 3D mini pop dots. I used my making memories instant setter kit to add the black eyelets and I knotted a piece of black grosgrain ribbon through each eyelet. I hope you all enjoy Ollie as much as I do! Thanks for looking!
