I think I am in my blue period, it seems to be my color of choice these days....
This is for the inspiration challenge, I took from the plate the beautiful female face and the celestial theme. To me this face, although so so pretty, has a sadness to it. Am I superimposing my own feelings on my stamp? Hmmm.....
Anyhow, I stamped the image in versamrk and embossed in black, then brayered my spectrum frost pad over the masked image. I colored with markers and then added twinkling h20's, I just want this card to shimmer and shine baby!! Even though she is sad she can still sparkle, KWIM? I stamped the swirly starry clouds in white, and added the tiniest bit of stickles to her eyes, tear, and tassles. Not sure what the sentiemnt will be yet...TFL!
And a special thanks to Zindorf whose beautiful artwork has inspired me to use my long ignored brayer....

I can't wait to get the flourishes stamps I ordered! They add so much to a card! I love you blue period! And she does have a hint of sadness to her - these harlequins always looks melancholy! Fabulous card and great touches, as always!

Another beautiful card for this challenge! The girl image in your card may look sad, but you've done a wonderful job coloring her and making her stand out; TFS!
