What a great idea Beth had for the Try a New Technique challenge this week. It was "think fast" based on her own experience of not having the stamps she needed so having to replace the stamps and leave the rest of the card the same.
Well, I absolutely love hand drawing boxes around stamp images that do not have boxes around them -- like these flowers from Delight in Life. It totally changes the look of the stamp. Well, I had 3 of htem and it instantly reminded me of my Three Butterflies card here
so I decided to make that same card with this different stamp set!!
I cheated a bit because my original card only had black white and turquoise and on this new card I added the orange -- but hey, flowers have color, right!! :-)
(**honestly, I like my original much better**)

Fun, bright card! It would be great for any purpose -- just stamp the appropriate sentiment and go! I need to make a few like these to have on hand for those last-minute card needs. Great shading around the flowers, too.
