My cousin is retiring and moving away at the end of October, so I've been tossing around the idea of a Halloween themed retirement card. This challenge gave me the motivation to get it done!
The gorgeous Halloween cards in the Loads of Love and the Spooky Skyline galleries inspired me to try the spectrum pad and brayer technique. I embossed the spooky skyline with black ep, then I used versamark resist for the moon. I put the witch's hat from Year Round Fun 11 on the woman from the Loads of Love Accesories.
The inside of the card says, "...all the best in your new haunt. Happy Retirement!"
