Well, this card would have gone a lot quicker if I'd actually *had* the apple pattern paper I thought I had!! I couldn't find it (if it even exists) so I had to make my own. All stamps are by High Hopes...
The base is a 4 1/2" square card, & the "topper" is fit so that it will still fit in a standard A2 envelope. This is the second one I've done, I just love them!! I colored all the background apples (& the main image) with Prismas & Gamsol, & I used a clear glaze pen on the little apples in the tree. Sponged a bit of Garden Green for the grass & VOILA ~~ a cute teacher card!! TFL!!

Aw, this is so cute with the schoolhouse topper and the apple bg. I like the one raised apple for dimension, and the stitched ribbon is perfect. Nice work with those scalloped scissors, too - I'll have to dig mine out and give it a try.
