Here's my card for today's Ways To Use It Challenge 132 - to use Basic Gray.
I have a gray, teal and mustard colour scheme, as well as a charcoal gray ribbon slide, which was the inspiration for this design. I've had those slides kicking around for a while now and have been on the brink of using them several times but I couldn't quite make them work. I feel guilty for having bought them as they were an impulse purchase and I had to go feed the baby who was screaming in the car with her granny and big sister while I was in the scrapbook store. Because I had to go feed her, I didn't have time for my "I don't think I really need this" purge of the shopping basket. So I came home from that store with a lot of stuff I wouldn't have otherwise bought. Now that I've used it I feel a bit less guilty.
Fortunately for everyone, this baby is now old enough to be fobbed off with Arrowroot crackers or Cheerios while I'm shopping and I can go home with what I really do want. :-)

Funny little story. We aren't supposed to feel guilty for card making purchases. But your card is really prety and that slide is perfect for this card.
