Today's Ways to Use it Challenge was to create something with Basic Gray cardstock and ink (the SU color.)
I don't have Basic Gray cs or ink, so I had to do some improving.
I just bought a Charcoal Palette ink pad, so I used that as my grey ink. I happen to have some Basic Grey Periphery DP that was grey, so I figured I'd used that.
Since I have these wonderful Papertrey stamps that I got yesterday, I wanted to use them. I stamped the DP with a bat from Spooky Sweets in the Charcoal Palette ink.
My pumpkins are Groovy Guava with Wild Wasabi stems. The face on the jack o' lantern is inked in Charcoal Palette. The face is actually stamped twice - I didn't like the way the first time stamped, so I lined it up again (Love clear stamps for this reason) and restamped.
The "trick or treat" is also inked in Charcoal Palette, then punched out with the extra jumbo scalloped oval punch.
Faux stitched the DP, added the ribbon and the prima and popped the prima, middle pumpkin, and the trick or treat up on dimensionals.
