I find masking to be difficult at times, but the Roses in Winter set seems to be one of the more forgiving ones if you make a mistake.
My main roses were stamped in a base color of Almost Amethyst, then layered with Lavender Lace, and then topped off with a darker layer of Lavender Lace. I then used Brilliant Blue from my chalks to blend in some blue highlights in the roses.
Because I spent a lot of time creating this arrangement, I did not want to cover it with a sentiment, so I used my Karen Foster snap stamps to stamp *just a note* on the inside of the oval frame.

Beautiful Charlene!!! Love the aida cloth bg, and I was just telling my SIL yesterday that one of my favorite flower color combos is purple and red!!! This is gorgeous!! Love the little diecut leaves too!!!
