I attended the card class at our Senior Center Wednesday. The instructor had torn pages out of National Geographic magazines. We picked out what we wanted for our background papers. I then stamped the calla lily with white craft ink on the page I picked. Rounded the corners and layered on coordinating cardstock.
I will try to make another card today as this one used a punch on the corners and no punches allowed for this challenge. Today is my youngest daughters birthday-she will be 37. Time will be limited as I need to make her a card and fix her BD Supper!

I believe Shelly didn't mention punches, Bev. I checked and checked again before uploading my own card. Then I even checked again after reading your upload. I may have missed it, but I didn't see any restrictions on punches. I think it was only on cuttlebug, etc.
Great card, BTW. So absolutely gorgeous! What a clever thing to do with the magazine! Who'da thunk it?! Great job!
