Sketch challenge for today. I used left- over "Smacking Acetate" paper I made for the VSN last weekend. The technique is found in resources. It's in the bg as well as the larger panel on the right. On the panels I also CB embossed and then sanded off the color from the embossed images on the right panel and inked the words on the left panel. I edged most of the card in brown. There are no stamps used on the outside of the card. They are all on the inside. I used my cricut (yeah!) for the scalloped squares and the word "you".
This card is for a friend of mine who just had surgery for colon cancer. She now has a colostomy and is trying to deal with everything. She has a heart of gold and if anyone can come through this with God's grace it is she.
If anyone is interested in sending this wonderful woman a RAK please let me know. I will need you to send them via my address as I am terrible with addresses. (I'm country minded...You go to the big red barn, turn left. Go to your second corner and go left again...so I can never remember city addresses.
